To deepen our global strategic layout and enhance the international competitiveness of our industrial power business, our company has decided to launch a brand upgrade initiative starting December 8, 2025. All products in our industrial power lineup will gradually transition to a new brand identity—“trelin.” This transition is expected to be fully completed by May 31, 2026. LED display power supplies and lighting power products will continue to bear the “Chuanglian” brand.

 

I. Core Change Description:

1. Scope of Change:

Only involves updates to product labels and the appearance of packaging boxes; does not include:

◎ Product Design and Structure

◎ Bill of Materials (BOM)

◎ Production Process

◎Performance Parameters

◎ Quality Standards

2. Product Consistency Assurance:

◎ Physically identical

◎ No changes to specification parameters

◎ The testing standards remain unchanged from the original system.

II. Customer Collaboration Process:

1. PCN support package:

◎ Complete Change Notification Document

◎ Consistency Verification Report

◎ New label samples (electronic version + physical sample)

◎ Transition Period Product Comparison Table

2. Simplified approval mechanism:

◎ After the initial PCN recognition is completed, subsequent orders will automatically apply the new brand.

◎ No need to repeat the approval process

 

III. Transitional Guarantee Plan:

1. Parallel supply of dual versions:

Available simultaneously from December 8, 2025, to May 31, 2026:

◎ Original “Chuang Lian” labeled products

◎ New “trelin” labeled products

2. Test support:

◎ Free provision of transitional product samples

◎ The technical team provides full-process support to meet the customer’s testing requirements.

 

IV. Brand Upgrade Commitment:

1. Service Continuity:

◎ Product quality standards remain unchanged.

◎ Delivery lead time and logistics solutions remain unchanged.

◎ The after-sales service response mechanism remains unchanged.
